Last month I set up a custom domain on Outlook.com and over the month have migrated emails from my three ISP email address (Clear, Orcon and Snap) but there are a few subscriptions that are proving painful to remove/change email address on. I learnt yesterday that Outlook.com has a feature where it can access your POP email and pull the emails from those accounts into my custom domain.
Setting up the connection to Orcon and Snap was a breeze and took no time at all
Clear on the other hand will not connect saying that the smtp server is incorrect.
This is the same issue I get whenever I try to setup Clear emails on my Android so I guess it is somehow related ...
I searched the forum and came across a few threads describing the same issue, but none of them seem to have a clear answer (unless I am reading them incorrectly) of how to resolve
