Got an email from Vodafone saying hope you are enjoying your new plan....um what new plan? Gave them a call and after being on hold for 1/2 an hour and finally getting through to someone at vodafone, then getting transferred to someone else, then trying to get transferred to the retention team I got hung up on :/
Can one of you kind Vodafone social media types please PM me so I can get my account sorted. I dont want a new plan that is $20 more expensive, gives me less data (that I use), and more minutes (that I dont). I just want what I used to have.
