The service that allows you to find out whether a service is in your area is broken:

Have you tried calling that number? Pretty sure it goes nowhere.

I tried for more than a month to get it fixed but nobody knows how. Not even by escalating via a friend who works there.

My advice: don't sweat it, it's just another example of a once-fine company losing the plot. It's such a shame. Perhaps one day someone will be kind enough to Vodafone to take it out to the back paddock with a shotgun and euthanise it.

Either that or an eccentric billionaire buys it and decides to replace the hodge-podge of different systems with a single one that does it all; honestly, the website is worse than the intranet that exists at my work place which isn't saying much for either of our organisations.

Are you ready?

...to spend hours looking for information on our website only to find that the email addresses, numbers and any information that might be provided is out of date and doesn't look like it'll ever be updated?

Sounds like the search function at work; oh, you can find documents but don't expect to actually click on the found document because it won't actually load.

It seems to work for me. Unless we are looking at different checkers.
Did you try more than one address just to make sure it wasn't a problem with yours?
I found the link at http://www.vodafone.co.nz/broadband/

Please note: I have a professional bias towards Vodafone.

I get the same as the screenshot above, however I get a much more explicit failure if I use the one at http://www.vodafone.co.nz/ufb.
