Hey I having some issues with my PAP2T connecting through my USR 9108. On the PAP2T I get the error message "Can't connect to login server" which I find weird as it was able to download the cfg file just fine and get the time and date.

Any ideas guys?

Starting with the simple: have you restarted both USR router and PAP2T?

Next, try PAP2T in the DMZ zone.

Cheers for the hints coffee though it was a bit more that that.

After doing some research I found that the USR 9108 has a SIP Proxy and it does not work well or at all

I had to telnet into my router and do the following:

> siproxd show
siproxd: SIP proxy is enabled.
> siproxd disable
> siproxd show
siproxd: SIP proxy is disabled.

And then I rebooted the router.. After that it connect straight away.

nice work in finding that, 99% of all issues are router based the problem being most router manufacturers don't do SIP well so Natting and SIP is pretty poorly implemented which causes most problems.

Again nice work in finding and sharing that info
