Does this mean VOIP, rather than a 4G set up?

So the unlimited plan Voice is delivered over internet (not POTS) and the home Wireless Voice is delivered over the mobile network

It should, given there are no wiring faults and you don't have billions of phones plugged in. You should also ensure the rest of the jacks are isolated from the external copper network.

It's been talked about before, but with telco's moves to decommission copper, and the likes of Vodafone now proponents of either VoIP and wireless (3/4G), how long will they retain their existing land-line (pots/exchanges/copper) system?
