I have been trying to login to my vodafone for the past few weeks and I keep getting the error which says I need a valid username and password.
I have completed the online password reset about 20 times, logged in with both my mobile number and my email address and both return the same error.
I went onto a thread on the vodafone forum and some people had the same problem which was apparently caused by a system outage or something which has apparently been fixed but I am still not able to login.
I tried calling customer services but they arent even open on a Sunday? I am just at my wits end with Vodafone. Its like they have small children running the place (apart from a few good people I have dealt with; who I am directing this at as a matter of fact). I have just posted a written complaint to them about misinformation given by Vodafone sales reps because my first complaint sent via their online email complaints service was met with no reply after 2 months.
In the middle of this post I had a Vodafone salesman turn up at my door trying to sell me internet... I would rather stay clear of Vodafone as much as possible at the moment.
If Paul B. or whoever else see this can you please look into the problem. I have been on your forums and people with similar problems are either ignored or when their problem miraculously sorts itself out have the blame put on "user error".
Unacceptable; I have no idea how Vodafone keeps on surviving, they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with ever. Period.
