Got a couple of T boxes installed back in Sept on the free install deal. Note with some dismay the "upgrade to TBox" fee of 197.98 x 2 on my account as well as the one off $499 charge.

So far 30 mins to Manilla (i guess?) and have been told that there was free install but their should still be an upgrade charge of $197.88.

That is not how I recall the deal. I remember there being a $499 with zero install fees.

Anyone else having this problem?

I got charged $100 for the T-Box upgrade, but called up and he said he's reversed it.

Yeah, we got charged that in error too.
Called them up and they reveresed it, no hassles.

I ended up with a 36 minute call and so far got one of the install fees reversed. Still waiting for them to realize that they should both be free. (they offered the second tbox to replace my second analogue decoder) which was installed at the same time. Waiting for a response from the call centers supervisor. They really could do better with the customer service
side of the business!
