You would think that Vodafone would support the handsets they sell. When I have a problem or query regarding with my phone I take it to Telecom and ask them, not Nokia. In fact Nokia don't want to hear about it.

That's probably because VF brand all their phones but I'd guess that it would probably get back to the phone vendor through Telecom or VF. =o)
I well take a stab in the dark - The phone comes with a handset manager but you prob wont see the games folder its more than likely hidden.

Generally if you have a data cable / bluetooth dongle and are looking at the phone folders in Windows Explorer and under => folder options => View => tick show hidden files and folders.
You might see the hidden folders.
I do on my Motorola anyway. I move my mp3 files like this to the phone instead of Vodafone Live charges.
Copy or move them, not sure what they are called or what folder they are in.

and yes Vodafone see products and services they do not sell or support phones.
