So I signed up on the Smart 45 plan (1 month term), which is all good and fine.

Now the problems ensue;

1. My vodafone online account had a problem, and it took close to an hour at least to get it sorted because Vodafone kept telling me the account was online and working, but when I signed in, I was told to call Customer Service because I had an "incomplete registration" which could only be fixed by none of other than Vodafone themselves.
Thats all fixed now, annoying but working.

2. I signed up for the smart 45, which is cool, all working. But when I signed in, I saw that my bill had a 1GB Mobile BB add-on attached to it for $20.. Even though I only signed up for the Smart 45, and have the paperwork to prove it. I promptly canceled the addon the moment I saw it, which I thought would be okay, but now whats happened is the bill has come through and it says I owe $67.09 which includes the Smart 45 and 1GB Mobile BB.

Now im on hold to CS, have been the last 20 minutes.

Good times ahead.

/rant over.

All of the new smart plans come with 1GB bonus data for 6 months after sign up.
On my bill it is charged and then credited on the same bill.

If you can't laugh at yourself then you probably shouldn't laugh at others.

The guy said to pay 67.09-17.95 and he'll credit the $17.95 onto my account now.
Still not showing, but it may take till tomorrow or something... will check again tomorrow.

From my experience the credits often don't show up full stop until the next bill, when the bill comes in less.

Well the credit was applied, and all has been corrected.

The guy at Vodafone said he had no idea why I had been charged, because the order he cited as well only had smart 45 on it.
