Has anyone successfully got courier post to redirect the delivery. The vodafone rep told me I had to call courierpost to get them to redirect the package to my work address. When I called courier post, they told me that only the sender could redirect the package.

To continue my story - I called Vodafone only to find we are waiting on you to provide another copy of your id as they couldnt run it or something UTTER BULLSH*T - they dont tell me that online, or via email, I had to call to get that information FFS useless fools

I am tempted to see if I can cancel my order as it will take at least 3-4more days to arrive, when i could prob get one at a store here in Dunedin

** Called again and they have my email now and finally something is happening - apparently it wont even be sent until Wednesday so I am pissed about that

seems like they are backlogged and you have to phone to get pushed to the front of the queue. It also appears that the phones are allocated so if you have ordered already, they should be dispatched in the next couple of days.

FordB, haven't had any of the issues being speculated. No yellow screen, no overheating, no crap battery life.

Yeah, my iPhone plan kicked in yesterday and I only got the phone today.

I received a txt saying that my account was being changed and to switch my phone off/on.
