Getting lots of freezing and black screens this weekend.

@sansom @zollymonsta any updates on what is happening. The user experience is appalling rightnow.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Yes, certainly frame rate issues as judder on panning. Nasty to watch.

Could someone please enlighten me ... a few weeks ago, and earlier, there were reports of fast forward not working properly. We have been inflicted with this bug now :-( Twice I've tried to rewind a NewsHub news item I liked (we record it, then watch later), but the show skips back to a previous point in the news (about five minutes previous tonight), and won't go past that point, not back to where it started, or anywhere else.
Was there a consistent solution to this bug?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

VTV this evening frozen when I go to watch and required a power cycle to get the dopey thing working. After an eternity get error message to the effect that the VTV is not connected to the internet, hmmm I am watching TV One. Guide launches and I scroll down to Discovery Turbo and it moans that VTV not connected to the internet. Scroll up to Jones and it works, go to FoodTV, nope not connected to the internet. After a couple more power cycles and it works. This is getting very very annoying. @JasonParis are you able to assist with the ongoing issues I have posted over the last month or so as I am getting nowhere.

Okay new issue, I have a feeling I know why this is happening but just wanna check first,

A bunch of my recordings are showing up in the recording list, but only have "Delete Recording" and "Delete Series" buttons underneath.

I have a feeling this is to do with me missing the last payment on my sky subscription (plan to resolve asap, money's been a bit tight lately), but just in case that's not the whole reason, is anyone else having this issue?

Also on a side note, would love a easy way to manually retry a payment, like a "Retry" button on the billing page or something. I occasionally have money issues (student who only works as a casual employee, sometimes there's money sometimes theres not) so I sometimes don't have the amount on the day, and would like it so if I miss the automatic retries I can manually do it to resolve the issue.

@SteveC Don't use the FF & RW buttons use the buttons above them that skips what you are viewing 20 seconds forward or backwards

I was at the Vodafone Queensgate store this morning getting an account issue sorted, noticed on the TV in the corner they had The Chase on TVNZ 1 running and could tell from a distance the frame-rate looked too low and glitchy

Apparently there is an update tonight that will address the freezing issue so I guess we shall see.

Is there an update on when the jerky video issue is going to be resolved?

New bug?
I changed from TV3 over to TV1 for Seven sharp . It was 7.08pm I hit rewind to get it back to the start for the item that I wanted to see , it was rewinding tv3 in the onscreen thumbnails display.. not tv1 seven sharp, so the wrong thumbnails
