doogiehowser: I have a smartphone running Android 2.1, I had 2 calls go straight to VM and texts delayed on January the 8th. Phoned 777 immediately and was told that they have never heard of any such problems nor any similar complaints from any other customers and was advised that I should take my phone to the shop as it sounds like a phone defect. I said that I had experienced this problem before and quite frequently and so did my father who has a different branded smartphone but on the VF network. Was still told it was a phone problem customer service.
Obviously the fix isn't working?
