You should be on 4mb down, 2mb up. Call and get your service profile upgraded - it's now standard for all customers.

You're obviously on a very old plan - you only seem to have a ? 256kbps upstream not 2mbps. Give TCL a ring and get it fixed - you're paying for a servic and not getting it!

oh real. we pay 40 a month for it and thats cable highspeed and not pdq which goes thur phonelines. from next month onwards we getting 10gb, 4mb down and 2mb up. and thats a extra 10 dollars a month. i'm pretty sure its rights???? los a question we got wireless in our house since they could not get cabel upssatirs to our comp. and ltely it's been connecting to net then all of a sudden it disconnects and then reconnects seconds later, it's realy annoying when ya surfing the net and it just disconnects just like now!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrr

sbiddle: BTW for anybody moving house and keeping TCL make sure you ask for your $100 Noel Leeming voucher when you arrange the move. This has been mentioned on here before but it's worth mentioning again as I got my voucher in the mail yesterday.


Does anyone know if this promotion is still on?  I'm moving house in a few weeks time.
