Mine went down again after midnight some time. Not sure when. Still down.

I'm in Hillmorton area in case someone else is experiencing the same outage.

Called Vodafone. They weren't aware of it. No ETA.

johnr:
Cululu: same here, inhome cable no internet connection. After Tcl sold to vodafone, I get this feeling that the service will go bad soon or latet just like the old ihug. All vodafone cares is our $$.

Price drops, Data caps go up and speed increase and Yes Vodafone is a business like many others that have share holders, Outages happen on all ISPs so stop the ISP bashing and issue will be sorted

John

edit: Back online now

I think the thing that makes people more irate is Vodafone not utilising their website to explain when there is an outage, whether the fault has been found and some sort of ETA on when it maybe resolved. The website being promptly updated at least with a message like "yes, we know the internet has gone out in xyz" would save the phone lines being clogged up with customers wanting to know what is happening.

I agree, it was off for a while at my place (in Beckenham) and the most frustrating bit was that there was no indication from Vodafone's website that there were any problems.

So, I spent half an hour looking at my network before plugging a laptop directly into the cable modem to find that it was a Vodafone issue.

Had the outage last night, now only getting 2.5Mbs down and 5Mbs up (6Mbs/10Mbs after I reset the modem to night). It is supposed to be 100Mbs on fibre.
