What could explain the "Message format not supported" errors?

freitasm: Using the SIM card on the HTC One now.

- Microsoft Account SMS arrived fine (and after inserting it in the Nokia Lumia it did to receive a message when needed).

- Facebook SMS did not arrive. In fact the HTC One shows this error (which might explain why JohnR saw the message being received by the Nokia Lumia but that handset didn't show any error, while the HTC One showed it):

Interesting that, I was trying to do the same thing last week and was wondering why no code was coming through from facebook. Am using an iphone.

Just tried it now (iPhone 5S/iOS 7.1) with Facebook SMS and they came through just fine. Seems like that's more of a Facebook issue than anything.
