hyperman: Also something to note is that by cutting down your sim card it also removes the id numbers..
Therefore making it useless if you want to port out


Just keep the part which you cut off (and loose it in the future) or you can probably contact your existing provider and ask them for the ID number

I have a new VF SIM in front of me (cost $5), it is the regular size but has a push-out section that makes it a nano-SIM.

I've got one - only used it once but it worked fine


worst idea ever....
