@ the OP, it is easier and more fruitful to work with your service provider for a resolution than working against them.

Thats what all you guys have said i have had no help in this from vodafone and the issues have only occurred since my plan was changed no hardware has been changed or altered since the plan changed happened the thing that annoys me the most is that if this how vodafone treats its customers I'm better to move i have all my connections with vodafone Naked DSL and 4 mobile connections that i will be moving if this is not resolved because to me it has been dragged out long enough with empty promises 5 of my mates had the same issue but have moved to telecom now with the issue not happening since there internet was transitioned to another provider.

There are Vodafone staff helping you here.

You didn't answer, have you checked and cleaned your machines?

2nd time I HAVE A MAC i do run mackeeper that has anti spywear in it but is basically pointless and as for iPads and iPhones you cannot get malicious software on them.

Your speedtest is fine for a ADSL connection. That would indicate your connecting OK.
The plan change has absolutely nothing to do with your issue. I and countless other people are on the same plan with no issues. Have you contacted Apple and asked why it maybe running slow?
But really. You dont look like your wanting help. This is being used a soapbox thread. Multiple people and Vodafone staff have offered help or shown interest and turned down. You have contacted the TDR so i am assuming you have followed our Complaints process and had no luck?

Mac's are just as prone to viruses. Dont be fooled by the 15 year old statement that MAC's dont get Viruses.

Macs are not immune, my main machine is an iMac. If something is flooding your bandwidth with uploads etc then all devices will be affected. Check check double. Turn off all reboot routers etc and connect individually and test.

Post your line state etc after doing this.

What Tim said, As OSX market share has grown, So has the amount of Malware & Viruses for macs.

I assume you have tested your connection with a different modem / router to rule this out as a possible fault seeing as it is affecting all your devices?

Seems like Apple's marketing can get people to believe anything these days.
