So Basically it's just the Red Plans that are on this new platform?
Actually I was on a red essentials plan last month and my usage wasn't in real time, Someone in customer service told me  that it was only data usage that was in real time but Idk,

So does this mean you have to run 2 seperate servers, one for the old plans and another running the real time rating with the new plans?

If you are using the ' My Vodafone ' App and still getting the upgrade message then clear the cache for the app and try again
