Simply Calling 777 will activate the sim. Speaking to someone isn't going to change the option of not having a casual rate plan.

Once a prepay plan is grandfathered there is no way for you or any CSR to put you on it.



No it does not unless u select one of 3 options none of which i was happy with. So i opted to be transferred to someone to help waited 10 mins and was hung up on. While waiting on hold i setup my Vodafone to top up and it sent me a conformation txt but when i wanted to top up there was an error MSISDN not setup. So i had to call back again 47 mins later the CSR was quickly ale to activate the number.

KiwiNZ: I have found Pre Pay in general a pain from all Telco's , I switched to On Account some time back  and its pain free.


Unless you're talking of Sparks $19 Onebill then other post pays are too expensive.  Skinny's $16  / month  with auto topup is hard to beat..

For me On account is set and forget, no messing around I use my phone and pay once a month no hassle well worth the amount I pay.
