It's always a bit worrying when a telecommunications company can't get their communications right. Especially over something so simple as the price and speed of their plans!

Can someone from VF clarify? johnr? Anybody out there?

Happy to help. What's the question. Website all up to date, we had some price changes rolling through hence the mixed messages but all square now.

For naked unlimited cable 50/2 -

Webpage: $89 (http://www.vodafone.co.nz/broadband/naked-high-speed-cable/)
Offer summary: $79 (http://www.vodafone.co.nz/cms/documents/cable-naked-offer-summary.pdf)

Additionally, dbs said "VF have acknowledged that there is no 100/10 plan available to me as a cable user, only 50 or 130mbit. but they still advertise it."

True, will fix that, thanks! But what was the original question? Is 130 plan for sale, no. Plans listed online are, 130 retired.

And yet on the bottom of Page 1 is a client being told you don't offer 100Mbit on cable, only 130Mbit. Now do you understand why people are confused?

From previous page:

"ok, just to inform the outcome (so far).
VF have acknowledged that there is no 100/10 plan available to me as a cable user, only 50 or 130mbit.
but they still advertise it. The costs are way out of wack from whats advertised on main page, and I cant find any plans on 130mbit
but we have come to an agreement.  god help anyone tring to change plans"

Someone in the call centre has no clue about the plans.

I see, that conversation has thrown things out, fair enough. As mentioned, quite a bit of change so understandable if rep made a mistake. Apologies for confusion.

mike, i dont  to sound like an arse. but I spent nearly a month trying to get on 100/10 cable, VF sold it twice but billing and techincal wouldn't do it.
Is it a plan that is only sold if competition fibre is down the street?. just wondering if Iv'e missed something.

Please private message me your account details and I'll ask what's happening. To confirm, our offers don't depend on what others are selling.
