Yep Vodafone no longer offer the 130mbit plan. The fastest is 100mbit

They're confused. The 130Mbps is the one that doesn't exist anymore. It's 100/10 Mbps now.

Ah, so now it's 50 or 130 then... So your problem is that you signed up for the 100 plan but after some misfires when you finally came through to someone they say that doesn't exist anymore, even though you signed up before the change?

actually signed up twice (recorded at their end) then put on 50/2  yell now VF are saying that that particular link is for vodafone red only  (even thou it states cable).  I'm deliberatly not getting angry about it
with VF.  but the promises of call backs (3), and will be fixed tomorrow (1) are really annoying to have to start again every time on phone.

This page has been updated twice today - I have screen captures to prove it.
The only HSC speed options now offered are 50/2 Mbps and 100/10 Mbps.

Last year I was on the 100/10 plan, when I got an unsolicited letter from VF upgrading me to 130/10 (at the old price) - so technically I never signed up to a 130/10 plan.

Please keep us posted  smile

Last Result:
Download Speed: 18047 kbps (2255.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 9784 kbps (1223 KB/sec transfer rate)

Now this is confusing. Naked cable has similar oddness going on with the offer summary.

On the webpage for naked cable (http://www.vodafone.co.nz/broadband/naked-high-speed-cable/) it's showing $89 for unlimited 50/2 (was $85 until the recent price hike). However, on the offer summary PDF (http://www.vodafone.co.nz/cms/documents/cable-naked-offer-summary.pdf), which is dated 1 February, it shows as $79. Same story for the 80GB plan. It also shows the top speed as 130Mbps, whereas the web page still shows it as 100.

This means that, among other things, the webpage says that you can get 100/10 for $99, while the offer summary says you can get 130/10 for $89. Which is correct? We're currently on 50/2 at the old $85 price (for now), so if we can upgrade to 130/10 (or even 100/10 to be honest) for only $4 more, then I'd be all over that.

wow, on the naked offer summary its only $10 between unlimited 50/2 and 130/10, but on cable with phone it is $30 between 50/2 and 130/10.

Have sent email to VF quering 100/10 cable plans, as is impossible to get answer on phone, and have not been rung back when told (4 times now).

The sales team sell them ok, but the technical and accounts dont seem to recognise them.

They've now changed the offers summaries to 100/10. No other changes that I can see. But it still means that for unlimited naked cable there is a $10 difference between what's stated on the webpage ($89) and what's on the offer summary ($79). And for naked cable there's no mention of a $10 first-12-months discount anywhere, so it doesn't look like it's that.

the cable plans are in total confusion on vodafones site.
as screeb mentioned
They have changed the terms on their cable offer summary dated 1 february. from 130/10 to 100/10, (have a printout of the original 4 days ago). shouldn't they have re-dated it?
The 100/10 unlimited with phone is advertised as 119 for existing customers but 139 on the summary.
still no call or email from VF.

ok, just to inform the outcome (so far).
VF have acknowledged that there is no 100/10 plan available to me as a cable user, only 50 or 130mbit.
but they still advertise it. The costs are way out of wack from whats advertised on main page, and I cant find any plans on 130mbit
but we have come to an agreement.  god help anyone tring to change plans.
on a side note, anyone on 130mbit cable noticed solid 73mbit ceiling last 2 months (this is why I wanted to downgrade my plan)
