johnr:

First invoice are you sure it's not got part month charges on it?

Yes it has got part Month charges in it, but taking those out there are a stack of extras and add ons.

I signed up for unlimited Broadband at $89/month
Phone at $10/month
Sky at $48 per month
And I get a $10 discount for being a mobile customer.
total of $137 per month.

the bill for 1 month + part month is $307.67 including $3.84 of phone charges so is $303.83 for services.

Sarah from Vodafone has tried to contact you but no answer, Looking at the invoice everything seems correct

" charged for 28 days of Internet, Phone line and Sky and also been charged one month in advance as this is his first bill for services "

It's probably two months worth of fees, plus the extras like the postage & handling for the modem etc.

Thanks for your input, but I am not stupid.

I can assess what the cost of the monthly fees are, and the modem postage costs were paid on a previous bill.

when i get time I will scan and post my bill here as it will probably get resolved quicker than waiting for a VF CS rep to answer me!

As per my PM...
Sarah called me while I was on another call, she cannot tell the difference between no answer and a call that diverts immediately to voicemail?

As i showed in my post on the forum the number have have been invoiced doesnt match up with what I signed up for.. even taking into account the part month.. at a MAXIMUM for 2 months my invoice should be 2 x 137.. buts its a lot more than that!

You have call waiting Active so the incoming call would of rung as per normal and not gone straight to Voicemail (checked HLR)

then you should really put the breakdown of the costs here.

which part is incorrect?

the total/sum is automatic...

Hi Dylan
I did get an email from Sara in which she gave me an elaboration on what the charges were.
It seems there are some "hidden charges" ie HD ticket and skywatch magazine.. that I was not aware of when I signed up... I thought the advertised $48 a month was it...
Although she claims that everything is correct I did notice that I didnt get a credit for free sky movies so it is still incorrect.

I think it would be better for vodafone to send an email giving a breakdown of all monthly charges when signing up.
I was expecting it to be Braodband $89, + Home phone $10, + Sky $48 + any call costs, not + + + for other hidden charges that are not stated clearly on the website.
Cheers
Andy
