I didn't even know you worked for Voda at all, so definitely wasn't targetting you. I you thought I was shooting the messenger, I apologise. I was simply replying quite literally to your comment that there was "no need" to ring" by explaining that when I rang there WAS a need, because there was no information anywhere indicating that Voda knew of the problem. If that came across snippy, I am sorry, and shall remember not to post while still on a post-hold irritation buzz. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.
