Legend! I can use the internet AND have the SPA2102 connected at the same time, I had to reset the broadband modem a few times over.

So it is setup now with the provisioning link in the profile, I'm not sure if that has downloaded or not but the power light never started flashing and the SPA2102 didn't reset itself. I've reset it a few times to see if it started doing that but it hasn't yet.

Do I need to wait for someone on your end to activate something?

Also the 'landline' number I gave was my weekday work number, I'd rather I didn't get calls on that number but I had to give a landline number out in order to sign up with XNET. My mobile number should be listed there as well. We have just started a home and decided against getting a landline right from the onset. It makes sense.

Cheers

Jared

Aha I checked it a bit later and it had a dial-tone, so the phone system is working now too.

Thanks a lot everybody for all your help, I'm glad it wasn't anything major in the end.
