Vodafone fibre connection here. Investopedia site for me has the same issue as the op. nj page eventually loaded OK but took a good couple of minutes.
(Only tried on Firefox.)

Two sites that do this all the time for me and that I've given up trying to get to load correctly are Stuff.co.nz and NZ Herald site. they both take a long time to load, and then dont load correctly. I have refresh and reload them several times before they load correctly.
Pings and trace routes dont show any problems, On two computers I've run Google without any extensions, tried Fire Fox and IE, all have the same problems getting these two websites to load.
