Phil and others:

I just found a wee oversight with this whizzy new Logon Portal which affects only those VFX users with more than one VFX line like me (I have 3):

-  If you click the "Remember Password" option, and then log out
-  Next time you login, you don't need to enter your login details (which is expected)

-  BUT:  If you later want to access one of your other VFX accounts, there is no way to do so, short of deleting all your Cookies Frown

Just a minor problem, which there maybe a solution to, but this might also be causing frustration to others with more than one VFX account.

You could always let your browser remember your logon Grant. I use firefox and like before I got xnet fusion I had my landline with Ihug My ladyfriend also has her billing with Ihug and when I went to logon there all I had to do was put the first number of our local number in the logon and both her and my numbers would pop up underneath the user ID box and then of course the password for both logons was remembered as well. Just a thought for you.

Yeah, I already tried that, and because it's an HTTPS: page, IE7 doesn't seem to remember the login.

That would be perfect if it did, but I have found the same issue with Xnet's Web Mail login page as well.  You have to type in the whole xxxx@xnet.co.nz and then your password and frankly, it does get pretty tedious Frown

For obvious reasons, the HTTPS: pages where you login to a bank don't remember the details either, but I wouldn't have thought that it was necessary to worry about so much security with Xnet logins...

My 2c worth anyway.  I would very much like it to be easier.  Maybe once the new billing system is released? Undecided

Is there any way to modify the timezone in the profile section?  And if this is done would it reflect to the voicemail and email notifications as well?

Not everyone is in +13.  Thanks in advance.

*minor* annoyance.   Hitting enter after entering password doesn't activate login function.

Are you using Firefox?  I have that problem on Firefox when logging into my internet banking with one particular bank, but the problem is not there when using any version of IE (or either of my other 2 banks).  On Firefox the workaround for my internet banking is pressing tab and then space.  Actually I prefer that over hitting enter, because when you hit enter you do not actually know if you have hit the loging button or if it is only a picture of your login page and your details are actually being stolen (but that is just me being an annoyed ex-South African).

Is it just my internet connection or is this portal thing really slow?  I click on something like Call Waiting and have to wait for 3-4 seconds for the page to load.  All other sites are very quick including xnet.co.nz.

Also getting errors on same pages like Aliases:

I found the login to be fast, but from there on everything is slow.  However, no errors.  Keep in mind they are still working on it.
Logout does not work for me.  It if supposed to close the window, but does nothing on my install of Firefox.

Logout issue on Firefox: When I logged in I selected to be remembered.  So how do I logout?  I am still ligged in even after rebooting and having the PC turned off overnight.
