Hi All

WorldxChange is making a change to the way VFX / DVX customers log onto their Web Portal, These changes are required for preparation and improvements to the VFX / DVX service as well as for VFX / DVX provisioning, however there is an issue with Customers that have short logon id’s, the minimum required logon id length for VFX / DVX is 6 but there are some early accounts that were set up with shorter length id’s, this means that if you have a logon id of 3 to 5 characters it will no longer work on the new portal. For any users that have these short Logon id’s you will need to append a 1 for any missing digits.

Example:
Current MyVFX logon id: New MyVFX logon id:
abc@xport.co.nz abc111@xport.co.nz
abcd@xport.co.nz abcd11@xport.co.nz
abcde@xport.co.nz abcde1@xport.co.nz

If you have any problems with logging in after the change please phone in to technical support line 080014HELP (0800144357) and they can assist with any issues

These changes will occur unless there are any major complications on the 22nd Jan 08, the only difference you will notice is the new Logon Portal and that you will now go directly into your MyVFX Screen,

Ahhh, a Remember Password facility -- that's a nice touch Smile

And also -- going directly into MyVFX sounds like a great idea.  You end up with too many pages open under the existing system.

Awesome

OT, but when are the 'advanced features' talked about mid last year coming? I was looking forward to some of the cool stuff that you had people testing, but to date have seen none of this in the portal.

Will it be over the top to ask for a user customizable globe so I can have South Africa on it to remind me of my other home?  just kidding, but it would be nice to see NZ on it instead of SA (South America, not South Africa which is abbreviated ZA).

At this stage there is no password reset, you will have to phone in to support and they will reset it for you. you will have the option to change your password from inside the portal itself at any time once logged in.
