WorldxChange is making a change to the way VFX / DVX customers log onto their Web Portal, These changes are required for preparation and improvements to the VFX / DVX service as well as for VFX / DVX provisioning, however there is an issue with Customers that have short logon id’s, the minimum required logon id length for VFX / DVX is 6 but there are some early accounts that were set up with shorter length id’s, this means that if you have a logon id of 3 to 5 characters it will no longer work on the new portal. For any users that have these short Logon id’s you will need to append a 1 for any missing digits.

These changes will occur unless there are any major complications on the 22nd Jan 08, the only difference you will notice is the new Logon Portal and that you will now go directly into your MyVFX Screen,
