I think it's quite a recent addition.  I noticed it for the first time last night and clicked through to PB Tech's web site where I found some of the Linksys devices mentioned in their price list, along with a note that they are pre-configured for VFX.

PB Tech. is an excellent place to buy pretty much anything you need at reasonable prices.
