jevvv:

Some of us Oldies would rather have data than minutes :( I feel slighted. Or even discriminated against

IMO data is really worth more than minutes. So many people already on unlimited minute plans, and texts for that matter. With data you can do so much more, including VoIP.

dylanp: Anyone notice if it has casual usage / overage after allocations used?

Casual Rates - 49c per min/20c per txt/$1.00 for 25mb

These automatically apply once your allocation has run out or if you don't have an active package.

Where do they ask for proof of age?

Kids have been faking adult ID's for years to get booze, time for us to fake being younger? 😂

Updated.

Having browsed through the site properly, it might be hard for me to fake 25 IRL as I'm now just shy of 50... but who's to say I'm not geeky enough to get this account for my 7yo son (the youngest L8 ingress player @ 6 years old last year 😂)?

Seriously, those 1Gb time limited add-ons look like the most innovative aspect of the deal... download an app, update your phone, or even just for emergency data in the middle of the night... $3/Gb is incredible!
