The device ordered from Ascent arrived next day, Great work there.

While we wait for the WxC broadband and the VFX service to be activated I connected the PAP2T to a mobile broadband wireless router and configured a 2talk number so that they could a phone at home. It works really well over CDMA EVDO.

I beleve that wXc should supply the goods needed for VOIP.Far less confusion or having to hunt around for the right product. My 2 cents.

We have this PAP2T provisioned on VFX now and CustomerLink from their old number to this one. The porting was requested and should be done by Tuesday.

WxC Flood DSL plan is coming live tomorrow, but I am not on site until the day after. In the meantime they continue to have broadband from a wireless router connected to Telecom's CDMA EVDO.

By the way, the VFX PAP2T works really well over this connection - no delay or echo and all working great.

Regarding the availability and partners, today I was in DSE Sylvia Park where they have a display/demo stand for 2Talk with a PAP2T, but they do not have any indication whatsoever that they even sell VFX hardware.  No sign at all.  So why is DSE a retail partner?  I think someone at WxC should have a chat with someone at DSE...

The DSE new plymouth branch is very bad.Their customer service is quite bad too.I would order one online instead.I went in there and the people had bad customer service and it seems as though some of them haven't even shower.Oh it was suffocating.Thats like the worse dicksmith I have ever seen.It wasn't use to be like that.

I wanted to buy one thru the new plymouth branch a few months ago but they had none

What does it have to do with PAP2T availability?

It's simple - the smell made the PAP2T's run away Wink
