Ok I'll give that a go. I've been with them for 9 years,but feel like I could be getting a better deal

Retention's is the department to talk to. They seem to offer the most. 

Existing customer here and they'll give the Neon package if we do a new 12 month contract and as we wern't going to change anyway am quite happy. Also a $10 discount. Waiting for them to send email with details tho. 

Now what are Slingshot going to offer... 

Just tried to sign up with this promo one year offer after receiving promo code from vfone. As part of the sign up process requires a credit or debit card number. Not prepared to give my CC details for a one year promo.

Rang Vodafone yesterday and got an upgrade to unlimited VDSL (previously only had ADSL), Neon for a year and a $300 credit and my monthly bill has gone down $10 a month. Very happy camper here...
