We can not reproduce the issue here on any type of phone sorry, and do not have your model of phone, no changes have been made to any configs on these devices for several months so at this stage believe it is phone related or possibly a faulty device.

I had to download new config a little while ago, not sure what it was for though.

Has there been any progress with the lost packet issue? Could this be tied in with the slow international traffic issue?

Hey!

Update: We bought new phones, fixed the call waiting answering issue *yay*!!!!

I havn't moticed breaking up on the phone recently at all.

I may not remember this properly. but thinking about it, its on in-bound calls.  Theres a beep - almost like someone pushing a button on another phone.  It does it on both our vfx lines, and my parents 2 lines.

Its not every x minutes or anything, sometimes it doesnt do it for a couple of days, then it will do it every 2 - 3 mins in a single phone call.
