What you are looking at here is Residential feature set's not enterprise, residential services don't include Group Hunting, Music on Hold, Call Pickup, Auto Attendent etc,

We are selling in the under 10 phone line market, so our product is the residential product in effect.

I'm a little bit confused with this pack the "Sequential Ring" I thought was your name for Group Hunt (in effect) and
your "Simultaneous Ring" was group hunt?

Yes these can be used for this but there are enterprise product offerings which offer a lot more functionality and are true group hunt,

i.e you set your own Groups, Sales, Support etc

One feature i miss from when i changed from iTalk to VFX, is the email alert when a call goes over a certain dollar value, as i make alot of international calls, any plan to add something similar?

What are the details of the enterprise offerings?, we were waiting for the 'executive' line I think it was called in the dealer portal, which we assumed would have these offerings.

How small can the enterprise products go? ie 4-5 lines?
