Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if I'm the first Egyptian CSR to join here. I just wanted to thank everyone for such a nice place.

I have been looking for a place where I can see more feedback from NZ customers about VF services and I do appreciate the gift of being able to hear more about how we can improve.

Lonestar, I do hope your coming experince with Egyptians will be much better :)

BTW Lone. Hiaam is a gurl name, I think you probably meant Haitham.

I will try to share my thoughts on this later on. I didn't want to bug you with too much babbling in my first post.

Apology for being irrelevant

Thank You,

A G

Welcome... good to see Reps on here.

Perhaps its time for Vodafone NZ to launch its own eForum for general customer inquiries like the UK does?

Well, we do have an audience here - and Vodafone do participate from time to time. It would be better to make it more official, like the WorldxChange forum though.

cranz: This has been discussed before..

I do however get great customer service everytime from NZ call center staff and can't fault them - I do seem to be lucky in the sense that 90% of my calls to VF always end up in NZ.

[edit]ah Paul bet me to it again

I guess I am one of the lucky ones too with majority of my calls (not that I call all that often) had been answered by NZ call centre.

Hi there,

Thank you for your kind words, my appologies about the mix up in names, i suspect from the heavy accent i miss heard.
Haitham does sound more like it.

I received an email from a vodafone rep who has appologised for the lack of service which is really great and it has put me at ease with what has happened.

Thank you to all who have commented

Thank you Jason.

I think part of the reason for me being interested to be around here and also logging to some other websites about NZ is the avoidable feelings you get when you get trained about NZ culture, food, sports, way of life and ...etc besides, working almost half your day with NZ time on your computer, speaking in English and watching NZ pics and maori art all around work place.

Somehow all this makes me feel connected to NZ and people there.
