Right, I've listened to all of your excellent suggestions and I received my WRP400 from Ascent yesterday.  I copied the original provisioning profile rule that I used for my 2102 into the profile rule section under the provisioning tab on the admin console and power cycled the router.

It didn't register successfully so I thought I would wait until this morning to call the helpdesk.  I called 0800 123 456 at around 8am but I had to go to work after waiting about 23 minutes.  Is this the correct number to call?  I would hate to have to go through such long wait times again just to let the VFX people know my new MAC address.

I am assuming that the reason why it didn't register successfully is because I had changed my device.  Is this indeed the case?

Yes you are correct, the details are locked to a MAC address, we need to know the details of your new device so the profile can be changed to this.

Thanks Stephen.  I'll PM it to you when I get home.  I forgot to write down the MAC address when I left for work.  Silly me....

Hi Nairda,

Just did it myself so should be good to go. If it's still plugged in then at some point it should try again and should get it's config and register.
I'll keep an eye on it.
