It sounds like they need to do a check on every site because the Wairau Park and Taranaki Street problems sound awfully similar to the Newtown one. I am surprised that their monitoring systems haven't alerted them to a high impact issue like this.
It has been failing all week for me in the morning (walking down hall street and catching a bus opposite Newtown school, heading towards the city, and it comes back near basin reserve).
