Hi Phil,

Just found a small issue that would be effecting a couple of customers and fixing it now , can add it directly for you now if you would like, otherwise it should be sorted very shortly.

Maverick, what is the best way to send calls to Voicemail after hours?

I have a time schedule setup already but am not sure what feature/settings to use.

Try call forward selective Adam, set the time schedule you want and send it to 082210

I don't suppose theres a stand alone version of the call manager software? It would be really useful if it didn't have to run in a browser (even more so if you could use it as an actual softphone).

One other comment, the call managers 'Enterprise' directory appears to list everyone on the VFX network along with their name & e-mail address.. is this intentional?

Not at this stage, a softphone may be option at a later date but the concerns with softphones is the actual PC, if the PC has issue i.e 100% CPU usage for some reason then this will effect call quality, we have some options but havn't made a firm decison yet on how we will look to do this.

No this was not intentional and is being addessed now, The directory listing should no longer be visable, thanks for pointing this out.

Can you have a WxC issued 0800 number as an alternate number? Or would this still have to terminate to a standard n-nnn-nnnn number? I.E. wanting do achieve distinctive ring feature on an incoming 0800 number.

You would have to get the 0800 to terminate on a Alternate number as its the Alternate number that triggers the Distinctive ring
