VFX advanced Feature Set is now available.

The following services are now available under



Xnet VFX Advanced Feature Set

Enabling you to have control over your phone as never before.

Get all of the exciting features listed below for only $6 per month per line. A one-off set up fee of $20 per line applies.
If you are an existing customer you can add this set yourself through our ViewBill portal, click here to register.

Features include;









Note: The Xnet VFX Advanced Feature Set can be added to any VFX line, including Xtencity, Fusion and Fusion over Fibre.




There are a large number of services here and the Scheduler can be used with great effect for selective call forwarding,


I will highlight one of the services and one that will get some peoples attention,
Alternate Numbers:
Enables you to have up to ten phone numbers assigned to your account - each with a distinctive ring pattern.
Alternate Numbers are assigned by WorldxChange. Please contact Sales for more information.

This allows you to have inbound number outside your calling region, so you may now have a number in any of the following regions and this will be terminated onto your original VFX Number, Note there is a charge of 5$ per number and this is an Inbound Service Only.

You can set yourself up in Viewbill and it will automatically provision the services within a couple of minutes and the services will be immediately available through the Myvfx portal, you will receive an EMail Notification if we have a current email address for you that this has been completed.

You might want to check your link to the viewbill portal (both in post and on the advanced features page on the website), you're missing an 'i' in the link.

Will this allow people in the choosen rregion to call you as a free call?

ie get a Hamilton number and people in thames and pukekohe could call the person in auckland for free?

If so very call feature

Yes thats correct, you can have a Hamilton Number so people in the Hamilton Free calling area will be able to phone that number and it will terminate on your Auckland VFX number

Hi Phil,

Afraid I've got the same problem - I ordered the feature pack shortly after you announced it and it never came through.. have just tried again and got the same message as Adam - order failed.
