That isn't enough to check if they are eligible for free on-net calls. For example, texting 300 will say it is a '2 degrees number' when the other number is on Warehouse Mobile (which is 2degress's MVNO), but it is not eligible for free calls from a 2 degress mobile on an eligible plan. Very annoying.
