Adding something more to misery of Vodafone Customer Service I received a $40 Credit to my account for getting charged $20 extra in last 2 months but no free months credit. I just wanted to call and make sure i am not in the contract.

I called Vodafone Again and i push the button to talk to Customer Service where they got all the information and than advised me that they will transfer me to retention team. The Retention Person said i will have put you on hold to read the BIG NOTE and next minute the call was transferred to Billing.

All this time i wanted to confirm if they have removed the contract from my account so that i can move on. Finally after being transferred around 4 times there was someone who could see the notes. She confirmed i am out of contract now and this time asked her to send me an email.

All the transfer around was cold transfer so i had repeat the story every time to new person.

I was little hopeful after getting response here but guess what THE EXPERIENCE WITH VODAFONE WILL BE SAME ALL THE TIME IT WILL NOT IMPROVE.

Spark are good, 3 months free, Netflix, Lightbox, what more could you want.

I moved from Vodafone to Spark a year ago due to the customer service issues I was having with them, and the difference was night and day with the service. Clearly Vodafone are still having a lot of issues, but I’m really happy with Spark.

Their app and website are great and easy to use, their chat function works, they reply to you quickly on Facebook (waited days for Vodafone to get back to me), and the times I have spoken to someone on the phone they’ve been competent and helpful. I moved my mobile and broadband to them.

I asked him to call me back in 2-3 days time.

Here's the fail.  Vodafone will never call back their customers.

You're not on Atlantis anymore, Duncan Idaho.
