My broadband was perfectly fine (kids playing happily on their minecraft) until last Tuesday. Then phone no dial tone, no broadband. Called up Vodafone tech support, then they told me the story about my line being switch to Chorus, and it will completed by the end of Tue. They gave me the impression that they are preparing me for a faster connection later on.

Wednesday, line still down. But they said the switch was done. But they don't understand why I didn't have connection. They order a tech guy to visit my property. This when they gave me a pocket wifi to tie me over.

Friday, a Chorus tech turned up and fixed everything. Except the kids keep complaining minecraft constantly hanging. This is when I check the modem and noticed the line speed dropped from 10 to 7.5.
