What's the 'delay' on the linear channels like? It's not a whole minute behind DTT/terrestrial is it?

ZollyMonsta:

cyril7: So @zollymonsta if you could clarify as I have heard various comments but all varing.

Does this service via ufb, hfc or vdsl use multicast for all or some services, or just some or none at all.

Cheers
Cyril

Hi Craig, bit of sniffing around and I found Kaltura is my bet, they won a contract to supply OTT services to Voda worldwide, currently they are providing the same/similar platform in Spain, Italy and NZ and more to come.

So, how is the experience with Vodafone TV?

I'm considering switching to Vodafone since the Spark price increase would mean I can get the Sky Starter pack for the same price as I currently pay with Spark.

Hi, checkout some of the threads here, its not pretty, as for the site I am asking about, still to get connected, Voda have now taken over a month to connect a new house that in the end took them 15min to pull a cable in a client supplied conduit, then failed several times to get from HFC on the side of the house to working broadband, they say hopefully tomorrow,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,grrrrrrrrr
