This actually sounds like your phone, is this a New Zealand Telepermitted phone ? I would suspect not as this probably causing issue's ?

Also please remove your phone numbers from the post, not good to post those details in an open forum.

I mean when somone call to my old telecom number,the caller display will appear the VFX number 950xxxx only which I am currently use(may be when my old number ported to the VFX should fix this problem).Also when i using my cellphone to call my VFX 950xxxx the caller id display is working but it showed like (00021XXX XXXX)

How do I change to show only like 021 XXX XXXX?Thank you very much

you may need to check the phone manual, we only send 021xxxxxx your phone is adding the extra 00

Sorry to ask one more question as I have been double charged by Telecom and VFX at the same time .when I used my homephone to call to my mobile.I was charged $.30cents from VFX and also $.48 cents Telecom.This is really unfair isn't?

If you used the VFX number the charges comes from us Telecom ca should not charge you, you need to talk to Telecom as the line is not with them, did this happen during a porting process i.e was the number in the process of being changed to us ?

Yes, It was happened during a porting process.I am using the temporary VFX number at the moment.
