I have had a number of times when the MYA would not work and keep timing out, infact the MYA from a couple of years ago was way better than it is now, in the old one you could see payments made get a call details and text details (out by 2 hours) and all this other handy info but on there service now you can't unless you call a running total "good"
The fact is that vodafone now charges pre-pay users to call vodafone for account info etc, sure no service is up 24/7 and no company can say there stuff is, however a number of other companies don't charge there customers to ring there helpdesk, and if they do by some funny 0900 number then they update there websites to say there is a problem with there service.
