Does Vodafone not have a Call Back system? (Calls you back when you reach position 1 in the queue)
Linux: You may as well tell us what you are calling about?

Not had that in a long time
If Vodafone are going to subject their customers to 2hr wait times it would be a no brainer to implement, thats a huge chunk of the day lost where that time could be spent on other things

Any comments made are personal opinion and do not reflect directly on the position my current or past employers may have.
Linux:LFCNZ: I’m wondering if the tech did call me, if I didn’t get the call as at my house the Vodafone coverage is flakey as hell.
That’s why I started another thread asking about Sure Signal, poor really they expect you to pay for that when it’s there signal that is crap, not like I live in the wops.
Yes you should pay for the Sure Signal unit as coverage is best effort and many things can impact mobile coverage well out of any carriers control
Spark coverage here is fine though :)

Seems like a easy choice for provider then...
get free data when your service isn't work, which being copper probably will happen and hey... it will actually be useable by the sounds of things ;)

So then change provider as @hio77 has pointed out!
Still no reason for a feee Sure Signal I know places Spark have low coverage and VodafoneNZ excellent coverage
My new place has low / poor VodafoneNZ coverage and fantastic Spark coverage as I can see the Spark cell out the lounge window
Im actually in charge of our mobile phone account at work, we are with Vodafone(Digital Mobile) around 240 mobile phone accounts, I've found generally Vodafone are ok coverage wise in urban areas, but rural we have been changing users to Spark, as I get no end of complaints about the Vodafone coverage, most of our staff are quite mobile, not based in one location.
Just annoying having to use two different providers :)
Yeah I am looking at that, locked into an agreement presently though. Signed just before I started, so only moving those staff that have major issues, but as you stated above, Vodafone works well in some areas and not others and same with Spark.
2 Degrees is another option, but don't they piggy back on the Vodafone network?
