FarNorth:

nzbsgfan:

Good morning

The IP range you mentioned has now been exempted.

It's most likely the unit has come up already, but if it hasn't please try a power cycle on the SureSignal. A slow white flashing icon after a restart will indicate the unit is synchronizing to the Femto cluster.

Hope it works for you now. If you have any issues PM me directly rather than cluttering up this thread. :)

Cheers.

Hi nzbsgfan,

Is this correct that the new IP has to be whitelisted by vodafone, we have changed to a different provider and the 9362 Enterprise Cell has stopped working.

Cheers

Mark

Hi.

Just to keep everyone in the loop.

I've just checked and yes - the new IP range is not exempted in the Femto cluster.

Ive arranged an incident ticket to get the VF Engineers to add the exemption.

Cheers

Mark.

Slightly offtopic, but can you take these things around the world with you and VPN back to a trusted IP?

Or is there some maximum limit on latency/minimum MTU limit that would stop that working?

Looking at Trace logs it's uses ntp to test connection and sync Its own secure VPN channels. So likely latency plays a part.
