I got a splicer from work and moved my own one because the installer put it in the worst possible spot. Quite easy when you have beers and a PDF (0.0db loss according to the splicer)

I think it is sorted. Spoke to them again today. Looks like the request that was put through didn’t have my correct phone number on it. They missed out the last number, so enable couldn’t get in touch. Hopefully will be sorted in a couple of days.
