@theflinch Sorry I was slammed yesterday and didn't have a chance to come back here - feel free to PM me the address too and I'll dig into the notes from our end... I'm hoping we haven't used the Transfer process that @Wheelbarrow01 described, as even with my limited knowledge in that space I can tell that's not right in this scenario!

No worries at all! There is no expectation on here for any sort of response from anyone 😉

@Wheelbarrow01 has already provided some good information which I have taken to my client, their RSP and Vodafone. I received acknowledgement from a Vodafone agent that a mistake was made and he will work with my client's RSP. The original agent who set up the line did indeed use the Transfer Process.

Appreciate everyone's input in this thread. I hope I've kept it professional.

Almost a month later and that VF agent as proven somewhat disappointing. I feel like they're just stone walling us now. Which was not unexpected I'm sorry to say. I just find it so frustrating that large companies just get away with these sorts of incidences that impact smaller companies when the smaller outfits didn't even do anything or wasn't even aware what was happening. What if it was a large organisation with hundreds of staff? Sh@! hitting may fans. Again, it's not unexpected and yes we'll just have to wear it. We've been pretty patient trying to get some sort of response apart from 'we're working on it/looking in to it/i'm trying to contact so and so (who no longer works at the losing RSP btw). but !@#! you Vodafone!

Rant over and I'm reasonable again.

Appreciate those who provided info and advice here, but looks like it was indeed a lost cause. Still though, appreciate your time. Will leave this thread alone now.
