@Asrafrate ... yeah, I had to do the same when renewing my contract (old one was under Telstra-Clear), but frankly it went rather smoothly and even got a free Gen 2 Vodafone TV device too 😋

 

BTW, you'd also qualify for the free TP_Link Deco Home Mesh Wifi system.

@Rickles with Vodafone? If so it doesn't matter, I switched to Orcon yesterday and will be connected next Tuesday. Done with the bad Vodafone service.

@linw so far my experience with Orcon's customer service has been the complete opposite, it's been stellar so far. Will be doing a full write up once I am connected. Believe where there is a bad review of a company, good reviews need to be shared too.

I presume you meant that the good Orcon experience was the opposite of Voda's experience not the opposite of my Orcon exp. Your wording was open to different interpretations.
