How have they been "on the mend"? This thread on its own says otherwise.

Plus I thought 2degrees had great customer service (note that I haven't used them personally, just going on comments I see here).

When I call, I get an agent straight away or within 2 minutes. If I call 2 degrees, I know I’m in for at least in for a 30 minute wait. I also know that when I log voice quality issues, I often get no response or purely “another team is investigating” and no further updates.

Sure, there are outliers… but in 8 mobile ports and two fibre uptakes, I’ve had the provisioning agents email me and call me at every step of the process. Where I’ve gone to a store, I’ve had the staff member text me afterwards to ensure things are fulfilled and working.

Thanks everyone!

Yeah I posted because i thought the response was a bit weird and hopefully they can use this to better train staff. It felt like they were clambering for a quick sale online.

Also having worked at an MVNO in the UK and seeing the delays in provisioning requests having to go from one company to another I think i'll avoid those for now!
